- An initial payment for 3 months is required. If paying by credit card, your card will automatically be charged for monthly service after the initial three months. If paying by invoice, you will continue to receive quarterly invoices.
- Additional data transfer will be billed at $15 per gigabyte or $200 per 50 gigabytes. We provide a very generous amount of data transfer per month. We will notify when your site reaches such limits.
- Additional storage space will be billed at $10 per 100 Megabytes per month.
- Additional
POP mailboxes will be billed at $1 per mailbox per month.
- If registering a new domain name, Marketwizz will waive a registration fee and Registrars will charge $35 (per year). If transferring an existing domain name, it will be transferred free of charge unless it is due for renewal.
- Your account will be setup within one business day, usually within a few hours. Please allow additional time for accounts requiring a shopping cart. You will be able to access your site as soon as you receive your account information via e-mail. If you pay by invoice, your account may not be activated until payment is received for the first quarter of service.
- Technical Support on our Basic Hosting account is limited to server related issues.
